I Sapori del Borgo Antico is an exceptional local company specializing in sweets, biscuits, and chocolate. This small, artisanal business is located in Montebonello (Pavullo nel Frignao), in the Modena Apennines. Each product is handcrafted, one by one, following family tradition, without the use of mass-produced machinery. This is achieved by the expertise of renowned local master chocolatiers, who create exquisite confectionery masterpieces. The raw materials used are predominantly locally sourced, including the hazelnuts they use, which come directly from their own hazelnut grove, just a short distance from the production facility.
