Nose: fruity and floral, green fruits, green apple, spring flowers.
Taste: soft fruity and slightly mineral.
Characteristics
Brilliant colour with greenish highlights; the aroma is fruity and fragrant, with hints of green apple and spring flowers. The flavour has hints of banana and Williams pear, tinged with strawberry in the finish. Pleasantly soft and lively.

Pairings
Excellent with tasty aperitifs such as cured meats and cheeses. A wine that can be enjoyed throughout a meal, with traditional first courses, grilled meats and baked fish. An excellent pairing is also with pizza.
