A very fragrant, thick, aromatic Malvasia, with tropical and yellow fruit notes. It has the ability to enhance the flavors of the dishes with which it is paired, to be tried in combination with spicy dishes, such as chicken curry. A young wine in its history that has already won numerous important awards and recognitions.
The bunches are collected and selected by hand in small boxes and always kept at a controlled temperature to preserve their quality and integrity. Once in the cellar, after destemming and crushing, they undergo a 4-5 day cryomaceration in order to extract and make the most of the aromatic substances and precursors of the characteristic aromas of the vine. The must then ferments protected from oxygen and at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine matures on its yeasts in steel vats for approximately 6 months.
Characteristics

The color is intense straw yellow with golden reflections, the nose is intense and pleasant, with yellow fruit, tropical fruit and white flowers. Vegetable and balsamic sensations on the finish.

The taste is soft and balanced, with fresh mineral notes and discreet flavor on the finish.

Pairings

A wine to pair with tasty and refined dishes, such as fine fish dishes, grilled fish, shellfish but also with meats and thick, well-matured cheeses. Also try it with spicy dishes, like a chicken curry.
