Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC - "Del Fondatore"

Few wines, like Lambrusco, identify with such immediacy with their place of origin and with a producer: Modena and Chiarli.

Cleto Chiarli, in the spirit of keeping alive the authentic traditions of its land, today proposes Lambrusco still produced in the same way as Cleto Chiarli, its founder. Grapes from the vineyards in the Sorbara area, classic vinification, bottling during the waning moon in March, corking with natural cork 'raso bocca' with manual tying with 'spago' (string), fermentation in the bottle, and adequate ageing.

This Lambrusco is obviously intended for consumers capable of understanding and appreciating the characteristics of a product with natural fermentation in the bottle that brings to mind the particular flavours of Lambrusco of yesteryear.
