Forlì IGT - Organic Rosé Sangiovese "Condè"

The harvested grapes, which are kept at low temperatures, are immediately taken to the cellar to be pressed. After an initial clarification, fermentation begins at a low temperature. Subsequently, the wine matures on the lees for 4/5 months, and does not undergo malolactic fermentation in order to preserve its distinctive freshness.

Characteristics

Pale, clear pink colour with orange highlights, fresh and intense perfume of fruit and flowers; incredibly fresh drink characterised by strong, persistent acidulous notes.

Pairings

Excellent to open the meal with fish starters and crudités. Perfect with white meat dishes and fresh fish.

Also to be enjoyed as an aperitif with your favourite entrées.

Serve at 12-14 °C
