The liqueur with aromatic herbs that we propose is obtained by the careful and skilful distillation of precious aromatic herbs: Juniper, Fennel, Anise, Mint, Sage, Bay Leaves, Oregano and Basil, left to macerate in water and alcohol for one night, as described in the recipes reported in the treatises of the ancient Italian liquor of the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, which in turn originates from the prestigious Scuola Medica Salernitana. This liqueur has an intense and complex aroma, which lets you discover the essence of every single component.
Liquorista Albimonte is a small artisan production reality, located in the beautiful medieval village of Saludecio in the province of Rimini, born from an overwhelming idea and great passion for historical reconstruction, the recovery of ancient traditions and the search for aromas, scents and flavors of a distant world almost lost that can not be forgotten. Historical research and scientific knowledge acquired in years of study, are therefore the foundations on which the activity of this small liquor factory inspired by the model of the ancient laboratories, However, by paying the utmost attention to the current standards of quality, hygiene and food safety, but laying its foundations on ancient recipes.
