Morelli Bucatini Wheat Semolina

Since 1860, the Morelli family has been crafting pasta in Tuscany with a unique secret: the wheat germ. By reincorporating the heart of the grain into the dough, they create a pasta with an extraordinary, nutty flavor and superior nutritional profile. Thick, long pasta featuring a hollow center running through the middle. This ingenious design allows the pasta to capture sauce both inside and out.

There is only one true pairing for Bucatini: authentic Roman Amatriciana sauce (guanciale, tomato, pecorino). Also spectacular with Cacio e Pepe.
