Flower of Salt, Lemon and Pink Pepper

Even though we only deal in products from Emilia-Romagna, we could not fail to include this highly prized Flower of Salt in our catalogue of excellence.There is a huge difference between the classic salt we use every day to flavour our dishes and this Flower of Salt, which does not simply act as a flavour enhancer, but enhances the distinctive taste of each dish in which it is added. This is precisely why it is used by the world's greatest chefs, who have dispensed with simple table salt for this delicacy.

It comes in large, crumbly crystals that are harvested by hand.

It is harvested only in summer and under favourable climatic conditions. After harvesting, Sicilian lemon peel and pink pepper are added to these fine Flower of Salt crystals, all chopped up and skilfully blended.
