Caramelized Fig Jam

Produced according to the Romagna tradition, home of good fruit, thanks to an indigenous recipe from those territories, this delicious compote of natural caramelized figs with little sugar takes shape. The figs are harvested in the center of the Gesso Romagnola vein park at more than 500 meters above sea level. A product harvested and processed on the hills where the company that produces it, Tenuta Monte Mauro, resides, a small excellence of the municipality of Brisighella in Ravenna.
