Gragnano Rigatoni

Pasta di Gragnano IGP is recognized globally as the absolute pinnacle of dried pasta. Produced in the historic 'City of Pasta' near Naples, it benefits from pure mountain spring water and is extruded strictly through bronze dies before being slow-dried at low temperatures. Classic short tubes, often ridged ('rigate') on the outside, engineered to capture sauce on the surface while allowing it to flow into the center.

Extremely versatile. Perfect for Arrabbiata (spicy tomato), classic Vodka sauce, or baked pasta dishes loaded with mozzarella.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water.
