Stanghe Di Lagundo

A traditional, everyday cow's milk cheese from the alpine valleys of Trentino Alto Adige. Aged for a minimum of 1 month, it features a semi-soft, highly elastic texture and a very mild, sweet, and comforting flavor profile. It is a staple of the regional diet, perfect for a hearty mountain breakfast or a simple afternoon snack.

This mild mountain cheese is perfect when melted into hot, savory crepes or layered inside thick, grilled sandwiches with hearty alpine speck (smoked prosciutto). It pairs wonderfully with fresh apples, dark rye bread, and a crisp, light-bodied local red wine like Schiava.

Ingredients: Pasteurized Cow's MILK, salt, animal rennet, lactic ferments.
