Spinosi has been a legend in Campofilone since 1933. Their artisanal egg pasta is made entirely without added water—just premium semolina and whole fresh eggs—resulting in a delicate, porous texture that cooks in mere minutes. Exquisitely thin, delicate strands of pasta that cook in just a few minutes and require gentle handling.

Requires elegant, refined sauces. Serve with a simple emulsion of premium butter and sage, fresh lemon zest and Parmigiano, or a light seafood broth.
