A legendary, extremely limited availability cheese from the small alpine village of Bagolino in Lombardy. Crafted from raw cow's milk and infused with a touch of saffron during production, it is patiently aged for a minimum of 12 months. This hard, deeply yellow cheese delivers a profoundly robust, fruity, and nutty flavor profile that is truly unforgettable.

Bagoss is a luxury grating cheese, capable of elevating any risotto, pasta, or rich soup to gourmet status. On a tasting board, it commands attention and pairs best with dark fruit jams and aged balsamic vinegar.
