Gragnano Bucatini 'E Perciatell

Pasta di Gragnano IGP is recognized globally as the absolute pinnacle of dried pasta. Produced in the historic 'City of Pasta' near Naples, it benefits from pure mountain spring water and is extruded strictly through bronze dies before being slow-dried at low temperatures. Thick, long pasta featuring a hollow center running through the middle. This ingenious design allows the pasta to capture sauce both inside and out.

There is only one true pairing for Bucatini: authentic Roman Amatriciana sauce (guanciale, tomato, pecorino). Also spectacular with Cacio e Pepe.
