Mancini is a true 'Pastificio Agricolo' (Agricultural Pasta Factory). They grow their own premium wheat directly in the fields surrounding the factory in Le Marche, ensuring unparalleled quality, traceability, and an intensely rich wheat flavor. Classic short tubes, often ridged ('rigate') on the outside, engineered to capture sauce on the surface while allowing it to flow into the center.
